STEP Member Panel releases the 2019 STEP Global Survey Report findings.

Congratulations to esteemed Prof. Jean Lee, Michelin Chair Professor in Leadership and HRM, CEIBS; STEP Board Member; and Co-Director, CEIBS Centre for Family Heritage and her stellar team, for successfully delivering an impressive event for family business owners, successors and scholars from the US, Europe, Australia, South-east Asia, Japan and South Korea, as well as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. .

Co-organised by China Family Business Review and STEP team CEIBS (Chinese Europe International Business School), on November 17-18, 2019, the 6th China Family Business Succession Forum & CEIBS 8th China Family Heritage Forum‘s main theme this year was “Constancy and Change”.

Highlights included intriguing and distinguished keynote speakers throughout the event and round-table discussions to share exemplary Chinese and overseas family firms’ innovation and entrepreneurship from different perspectives in order to explore how to make family businesses sustainable. STEP member Prof. Annie Koh, Vice President, Office of Business Development, Academic Director, Business Families Institute at Singapore Management University (pictured left below with Prof. Yeny Rodriguez, ICESI University) was the moderator for the 2019 STEP Global Report Release & STEP Asia Pacific Panel session.
