STEP brings together Latin American scholar and the French team in Nantes in May 2018

The STEP Project is rooted in transgenerational entrepreneurship and family business research but the Project is also so much more!  We are pleased to share professional academic partnerships that often evolve from the collaborative nature of the Project.  From May 16th to October 18th 2018, STEP member Luis Diaz Matajira from UniAndes, Colombia, (pictured below) will join STEP member Audencia Business School‘s Family Entrepreneurship and Society Chair as a Post-doc.  Prof. Matajira’s mission will be to work in close relationship with the Chair during the 6 months of his stay, with a special emphasis on developing STEP cases; working with STEP colleagues on the French team; and working with the Chair’s professors on several papers relative to family entrepreneurship (one potential topic may be for instance related to CSR in family firms, which may nicely fit with the positioning of Audencia). This work will be put forward on the dedicated communication supports of the Chair (website, newsletters, press articles and other vulgarization supports).

The Audencia STEP team is comprised 13 professors from Audencia and other academic institutions.  They are looking forward to Luis joining their STEP academic team this spring!
