Understanding Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices in European Family Businesses

493 completed surveys across 11 European countries that represent 356 families (127 were double respondents).  More than 15% of the companies surveyed are over 100 years old.  The oldest firm is 270+ years old.  Most of the respondents belong to the second generation of the business family (37.8%) followed by members of the third generation (29.9%)  “These numbers indicate that our report is based on information retrieved from absolute key informants.”   Read report here.
